By its immense archaeological value, cultural and environmental, the income is restricted to only 250 people per day, including visitors, guides and porters.

Important: According to the regulations of the Ministry of Culture of Peru, every traveler should have two or permissions required:

• Official permission for the Inca Trail 2 day
• entrance Ticket to Machu Picchu (with limited capacity to 4,600 people a day)

This dual authorization makes the spaces run out even faster, because thousands of tourists from around the world seeking to enter to Machu Picchu each day. For this reason, we recommend that you make your reservation with at least 6 to 10 months in advance, especially if you plan to travel in high season (may to October).

Passport number and expiration date.
Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy).
Gender and Nationality.
Occupation: If you are a student with a card effect, please send us a scanned copy or a photo at the time of booking.

2. Initial deposit to confirm your reservation
To confirm your permission on the Inka Trail and Machu Picchu, we require a 50% deposit or the full amount in advance.
The remaining balance can be paid until 15 days before the start of the trek, or in cash at our office in Cusco during the briefing.

Conditions of deposit
To secure your place on the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu, keep in mind the following:

The deposit is required to secure the reservation.
50% of advance or full payment (does Not include transfer fees).
In case of deposits by Paypal and Western Union, send the receipt or transaction code (MTCN) by e-mail. Without this, we can not confirm your reservation.
In case of cancellations, the amount spent in the reserves of Inka Trail and Machu Picchu is non-refundable. Once confirmed, they will proceed with the purchase of official permits, which are personal, non-transferable, non-modifiable and non-refundable according to regulation of the Ministry of Culture of Peru.
If you prefer, you can pay 100% in advance and avoid paperwork or cash withdrawals to get to Cusco.
